You are each notified that the Petitioner filed its sworn Petition and its Declaration of Taking in this Court against the above Respondents, seeking to condemn by eminent domain proceedings portions the above described property located in the State of Florida, County of Marion.

Marion County will undertake a roadway improvement project for construction and/or widening and related improvements including utility easements and drainage improvements to S.E. 31st Street Extension from 19th Avenue to State Road 464 in Marion County, Florida. All property owners and other interested parties within the boundaries of the project extending from 19th Avenue to State Road 464 and owning or having an interest in property within 800 feet north and south of the proposed centerline of S.E. 31st Street Extension from 19th Avenue to State Road 464 are hereby given notice of this project and eminent domain action.
You are each notified that the Petitioner filed its sworn Petition and its Declaration of Taking in this Court against the above Respondents, seeking to condemn by eminent domain proceedings portions the above described property located in the State of Florida, County of Marion.
You are hereby further notified that the Petitioner will apply to the Honorable Brian D.
